Welcome — I’m Stephanie, the heart behind La Fleur Colette.
Flowers have always been part of my life. My mother, Colette, passed down to me her love of gardening, and to this day we swap plants, share garden photos, and trade tips. From zinnias and sunflowers to sweet peas and dahlias, my Central Texas garden has been both a source of beauty and inspiration.
Art has always been another constant. My husband is a musician and painter, and we often create together. For me, floral design became a natural extension of painting — working with color, form, and movement, but in three dimensions.
La Fleur Colette began humbly, in the closet of my guest bedroom — a little flower shop tucked between shelves of blooms. After designing décor for a holiday event, I caught the floral design bug and soon began offering arrangements of dried and faux flowers. The shop quickly evolved into a curated floral boutique, where I now offer everlasting blooms, timeless vessels, and unique finds — all hand-selected for their quality, character, and vintage charm.
A special turning point came on my 40th birthday. On a whim, my younger sister and I got tattoos together — each of us choosing the other’s birth month flower. That moment inspired me to create custom birth month bouquets, one of my very first listings and still one of my most beloved projects. They’ve become a way to help others celebrate life’s milestones with flowers that last.
What matters most to me is creating pieces that feel artful, warm, and personal — whether it’s a bouquet designed just for you or a hand-wrapped package that feels like a gift. My hope is that each item from my shop brings timeless beauty into your home and joy into your everyday life.
Thank you for being here and for supporting my small business — it truly means so much.
